Great sound ! I wish I could hear more of Jimi’s Voodoo Child though
@Zuhzuhzombie A bass is not a guitar. A guitar is a guitar and a bass is a bass. That’s like saying a cello is a violin.
@slickt0mmy It’s a bass guitar. A tenor guitar with only 4 strings is still a guitar. The cello is actually tuned to the same tuning to viola (bass violin). Also, just so you know, both the cello and the violin are “viola da braccio”. Meaning, both are in the same family of instruments. Like the guitar.
The clavinet is a keyboard instrument that strikes a single string internally to produce it’s sound. Probably the most well known song which features it prominently is Stevie Wonder’s version of “Superstition”. This guy has managed to put a whammy on his. Amazing.
So they replaced a guitar with a keyed instrument? Are we seeing a revolution in music or just some people playing a medley?
So, how can this band make those sweet sounds and Mountain Man and Saving Grace and then 10 or so other shitty songs? What the fuck happened on that album?
